We collect only the information needed to provide dental hygiene care: your contact details, medical and dental history, treatment records and insurance information.
How we use it
Your information is used to plan and provide your care, to communicate with you about appointments, to process insurance claims at your request, and to meet our professional and legal obligations. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Your online account
If you create a patient account on this website, your login details and any forms you complete are stored securely and are visible only to you and the studio. You can ask us to correct or delete your account at any time.
